* feat(healthchat): add HealthChat API service layer

New features/healthchat modules: typed Retrofit client with
per-request Matrix token auth, member directory, profile and
invite services, plus test fakes and fixtures.

* test(healthchat): use runCatchingExceptions

Detekt's RunCatchingNotAllowed rule forbids plain runCatching.
