joel.poyet 29beb42819 feat: re-enable Security settings tab 
Restore the Security tab in UserSettingsDialog (re-add the LockIcon and
SecurityUserSettingsTab imports and uncomment the tab). Reverses part of
the earlier 'disable security setting' customisation.
