🐛 Fixes
- Calls work again on IPv4-only networks (home lines, mobile hotspots). The desktop
and web apps no longer fail with MISSING_MATRIX_RTC_TRANSPORT when the
healthchat.ch well-known lookup is blocked by a redirect without CORS headers;
the embedded Element Call now carries the LiveKit service URL as a fallback.
