🐛 Fixes
- Opening app.healthchat.ch on a phone or tablet now shows the HealthChat mobile
guide with App Store and Google Play links to the HealthChat app, instead of
redirecting to the healthchat.ch website. The guide is in German, like the rest
of the HealthChat web app.
- Universal Links (iOS) and App Links (Android) for app.healthchat.ch now belong to
the HealthChat app. Phones with Element or Element X installed no longer open
HealthChat links in those apps.
