🐛 Fixes
- The desktop app (macOS) now lets you interact with the Mitglieder and Admin
pages again. Their inputs and buttons were dead because the window-drag region
used for the frameless title bar swallowed all mouse and keyboard events on
those pages.
🙌 Improvements
- Share links and QR codes now resolve against `to.healthchat.ch` instead of the
public matrix.to.
- The desktop About panel and macOS app menu now show the HealthChat brand
instead of "Element".
