joel.poyet 8bfd4868c0 Remove the internal superpowers planning docs (#5) ...

These two files are internal AI planning and design artifacts from setting up the
HealthChat release pipeline, not documentation meant to ship in the repo. Nothing
references them, and docs/FORKING.md remains the actual fork documentation.
