Doug 08d02001bf Tidy up mock creation. (#5627) 
* Use our standard XYZMock(.init()) pattern everywhere instead of XYZMock.default.

* Remove the configuration parameter label on mock convenience inits.

* Update the enterprise submodule.

Stefan Ceriu e7e1e990db Add a new RoomThreadListScreen and hook it up to the RoomThreadListService 
It will automatically paginate to fill the screen and update the list as updates come in.
