Documents the release process this fork actually uses: tagging, the numeric-only
version rule, the five required secrets, the runner's hand-installed toolchain,
certificate renewal, and promoting a TestFlight build to the App Store. Modelled on
the legacy element-ios skill, corrected wherever this fork differs — notably that
there is no Xcode pin and no Brewfile, and that only five secrets exist rather than
the six the legacy skill lists.
The section with no upstream equivalent is the migration contract. CLASSIC_APP_*
and the .requiresBackup fall-through are load-bearing for every existing user and
fail silently, so a well-meaning cleanup back to upstream's values would sign
everyone out with nothing in CI to catch it.
AGENTS.md delegates to the skill rather than duplicating the runbook.
* Ask for the model and harness used in AI-assisted PRs
Add an AGENTS.md rule that agents name the model and harness in the PR
description, and a matching line under the LLM checkbox in the pull
request template so human contributors fill it in too.
* Only let agents fill the LLM line of the PR template
Agents leave the description template to the developer and only fill in
the LLM line with the model and harness used.
* Replace danger-swift with a actions/github-script version
* Report PR check results in a comment
Annotations are only visible in the Checks tab, so the results were easy to
miss on the pull request itself. The workflow now keeps a single comment up to
date on the Conversation tab, listing failures and warnings together, and
deletes it again once there is nothing left to report.
Commenting on pull requests from forks needs a token with write access, which
the pull_request trigger does not provide, hence the switch to
pull_request_target. The job never checks out or executes any code from the
pull request, it only reads the event payload and the list of changed files.
