Apple has not granted com.apple.developer.usernotifications.filtering for
ch.healthchat.element.nse. The capability request has sat at "Submitted"
since 2026-07-30, so the App Store profile cannot carry it and the archive
fails to sign while NSE.entitlements still asks for it.
Drop the key from the NSE target config and the generated entitlements
file. The extension still decrypts and rewrites every notification; the
only change is that notifications it would have discarded now fall back
to the raw push payload. Restore the key and add NSE Filtering to the
profile once Apple approves the request.

* Remove the now unused setting to disable in-app notifications.
* Move visible account settings into AccountSettings.
Have ignored enableNotifications for now as that will require reworking the NotificationManager.

Continue grouping the standalone modules under Components. Updates the
Secrets.swift references in the app, NSE and Share Extension targets along
with the SwiftLint, SwiftFormat, gitignore, post-checkout hook and forking
documentation paths.

And use that for the Element Pro Nightly.
* Use a build setting to determine Nightly builds.

* Add an initial implementation of the receivedWhileOfflineNotification.
* Only deliver a single receivedWhileOffline notification per boot and clarify the API.

* Remove the huge conditional compilation block on AppSettings.
It is still required for the ElementCallBaseURL however.
* Add a feature flag for spaces.
* Move the rageshakeURL configuration from the BugReportService to AppSettings.
* Refactor Target to return a handle when configuring.
This helps with reconfiguration and removes the @MainActor constraint.
we now check when building the string through the `AttributedStringBuilder` if a URL is actually hiding a different link, if so, we create a custom URL that contains both the external and the internal URL to advise the user through an Alert about the risk
* Bump the RustSDK to v25.03.11
* Replace oidc login prompt with nil following the changes from https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-rust-sdk/pull/4761
```
/// * `prompt` - The desired user experience in the web UI. No value means
/// that the user wishes to login into an existing account, and a value of
/// `Create` means that the user wishes to register a new account.
```
