RoomTimeline… refactor (drop the Room). (#3728)

* Add the timeline controller factory to the timeline view model.

In preparation for building a timeline to swipe through media in QuickLook.

* Refactor RoomTimelineControllerFactory.

* Refactor RoomTimelineController.

* Refactor RoomTimelineProvider.
