Bump element-call-ios to 0.1.0-rc.11 and the Matrix Rust SDK to 26.10.15

Browse Source 
element-call-ios 0.1.0-rc.11 needs the SDK's 26.10.15 widget
capabilities, and brings matrix-rust-rtc 0.5.0-rc.5. The SDK drops
Room.roomEventsDebugString, whose mock goes with it.
