Add support for space rooms on the JoinRoomScreen. (#4582)

* Add support for space rooms to JoinRoomScreenModel.

* Make a single wrapper type for JoinRoomScreen previews to simplify instantiation.

* Add previews for JoinRoomScreen for spaces.
