Crash fixes (#337)

* Add diffing logs and be more aggresive about unexpected states
* Move diff collection on a serial queue
* Handle now optional `addTimelineListener` result
* Treat RoomSummaryProvider invalidations separately
* Bump RustSDK to v0.0.9-demo
