* Move PreviewTest snapshots to their new location (snapshotting default, mirrors UITests)

* Switch snapshot configuration extensions to a custom version

* Exclude snapshots from the PreviewTests target

* Fix acknowledgements

* Rename snapshotting preference keys

* Remove `skipPackagePluginValidation`
