Benoit Marty b9575f1740 Restore matrix.api dependency needed by lockscreen impl ...

PinUnlockActivity calls EnterpriseService.semanticColorsFlow(SessionId?), so the
Kotlin compiler needs matrix.api on the classpath even if no symbol from it is
imported directly. enterprise.api only exposes it as an implementation dependency.
