f453cdf2ac
Display the account which has been signed out, using the `AccountInfoCard`. The data comes from the session database, including the stored avatar thumbnail, since there is no Matrix client available to load the avatar. `SignedOutState.signedOutSession` is now a non-null `MatrixUser`, defaulting to a user with only the session id.
