Remove dependencies flagged as unused by the Dependency Analysis Gradle Plugin
(`./gradlew buildHealth`) and explicitly declared in module build files.
Removals were skipped when the dependency provides transitively something the
module (or a consumer of an `api` dependency) uses directly, as well as for
runtime-only dependencies (element-call-embedded, sentry-android,
rustls-platform-verifier). Dependencies added by the convention plugin helpers
(composeDependencies, testCommonDependencies) are left untouched.

Metro's @BindingContainer replaced Dagger's @Module, but the declarations
kept the old Module suffix. Rename them (and their dedicated files) so the
type name matches the annotation, matching UserStatusBindingContainer which
already followed this convention.
No behaviour change: Metro discovers containers via @ContributesTo, so there
were only two call sites to update, both in tests.

The `Provider` suffix reads as a dependency provider rather than as preview
data, and it collides with the real providers in the codebase — `StringProvider`,
`PickerProvider`, the login feature's `AccountProvider` — so the name says
nothing about which of the two a class is. `PreviewParam` says it.
195 classes are renamed, along with the 185 files named after them, the konsist
rule that enforces the convention, the presentation-class file templates and the
onboarding documentation.
This cannot be split. `Konsist.scopeFromProduction()` scans the whole project, so
flipping the assertion before every class has moved leaves the rule red, and a
rule that accepted either suffix during a transition would be exactly the kind of
compatibility layer this convention change is meant to remove.
Two judgement calls in the rule itself. The `name.endsWith("PreviewProvider")`
exclusion is dropped: its only job was to reject a redundant `Preview` before
`Provider`, and the new suffix already contains it; no class currently ends with
`PreviewProvider`, so removing it changes nothing today. And
`EditableAvatarViewUriProvider` is renamed rather than deleted from the exclusion
list even though no such class exists in this repository, since it presumably
comes from the modules overlaid for the enterprise build.
Nothing keyed off the old suffix: no snapshot filename contains a provider class
name, so no Paparazzi image changes, and the Kover variants match on `*Presenter`,
`*State` and `*ViewKt`, so coverage bounds are unaffected.
A DM whose other member has left still offered the call button. Starting
that call put the user alone in a room nobody could join, with no way out
of the call screen.
The presenter now clears canStartCall for a DM with no other active
member. activeMembersCount counts joined and invited members, so a fresh
DM whose peer has been invited but has not joined yet can still start a
call. Joining an already ongoing call is untouched, so a call started
before the other member left stays reachable.

* Set `DmRoomDefinition.TwoPeople` in `ClientBuilder`. This applies the 'direct and with at most 2 non-service members' rule to what the SDK should consider a DM.
* Map `RoomInfo.isDm` from the SDK
* Map `NotificationData.isDm` from `NotificationInfo.roomInfo.isDm`
* Remove `RoomIsDmCheck` file as its extension functions are now redundant. Move `Room.isDm` helper function to `BaseRoom`.
* Map `isDm` in `SpaceRoom` from the SDK too
* Replace `isDirect` with `isDm` where possible
* Map `RoomMember.isServiceMember` from the SDK and use it to tell apart normal members of a room from service members (i.e. `RoomMembersState.getDirectRoomMember`)
* Hide Element Call entry point if Element Call service is not available.
* No need to preview the case RoomCallState.Unavailable
* Hide start call action from user profile if Element Call is not available.
* Add mising `use` and cover the problem by a test.
* Update screenshots
* Update enterprise submodule ref.
* Ensure `enterpriseService.isElementCallAvailable()` is not called several times.

`JoinedRoom` will now contain both a mandatory live timeline reference and all the functionality associated to it.
`BaseRoom` on the other hand will contain only functionality that's shared for both joined and not joined rooms.
`NotJoinedRoom` is a wrapper around `RoomPreviewInfo` data and a possible local `BaseRoom`, if it exists.
The `RustRoomFactory` cache is now gone since the persistent event cache should have the same effect.
Breaking changes addressed:
* Make `MatrixClient.getNotificationSettings()` async, cache its result.
* Use `RoomInfo` for accessing the updated room's info.
* Refactor `MatrixRoom` so it always receives an initial `MatrixRoomInfo` value: this value will be used to make `MatrixRoom.roomInfoFlow` a `StateFlow` so we can assume the initial updated Room data will be present.
* Fetch encryption state when loading a room if it's unknown
2 replace all actions have been performed:

This is at the account level so if the user has joined the call on another device, the join button will be hidden.
Extract room call state presenter to its own module and update RoomCallState model.
Let RoomDetailsPresenter use the new RoomCallStatePresenter
