Render an AccountInfoCard with the current user on the "Confirm your digital identity" screen,
so the user knows which account needs to be verified.

Remove dependencies flagged as unused by the Dependency Analysis Gradle Plugin
(`./gradlew buildHealth`) and explicitly declared in module build files.
Removals were skipped when the dependency provides transitively something the
module (or a consumer of an `api` dependency) uses directly, as well as for
runtime-only dependencies (element-call-embedded, sentry-android,
rustls-platform-verifier). Dependencies added by the convention plugin helpers
(composeDependencies, testCommonDependencies) are left untouched.

* Remove `SessionData.needsVerification` as the source of truth for session verification status.
- Use the Rust SDK `EncryptionService.verificationState()` instead, but always waiting for the first 'known' result (either verified or not, discarding 'unknown').
- Add a workaround in the super rare case when reading this value gets stuck somehow. We'll assume the user is not verified in that case.
- Make `DefaultFtueService.getNextStep` and dependent checks `suspend`.
- Make the `skip` button use a value in the session preferences instead.
