Point to the enterprise submodule rebased on main, which brings the X.509
feature, and resolves the MdmData conflict between the new UseX509 entry and
the split of AccountProvider into AccountProviderServerName,
AccountProviderManagedBaseUrl and AccountProviderManagedCanUseServerName.
