Update dependency org.matrix.rustcomponents:sdk-android to v26.08.17 (#7460)

* Update dependency org.matrix.rustcomponents:sdk-android to v26.08.17

* Fix API breaks:

- `ClientBuildException.WellKnownLookupDisabled` should be handled now.
- `Client.sendReply` returns a `Result<SendHandle>` now. We can ignore it like we do for `Client.send`.
