GH board: Send all issues to the EX board

Browse Source 
Once labelled, an issue will go the [EX board](https://github.com/orgs/vector-im/projects/43).

This commit fixed the board to use ( I C+Ped https://github.com/vector-im/element-x-ios/blob/f7d7314d0c14b320036d87bae0759685ed090693/.github/workflows/triage-labelled.yml)
